Welcome incoming and returning students! We're pleased you're choosing to attend NWC! To help you pursue financial aid resources, the 金融援助 Office offers you this reference checklist.
While this is not an exhaustive list of everything to do to explore every type of financial aid at NWC, working your way through these items will help guide you through applying for the "BIG 3": Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), NWC奖学金, & WY Hathaway 奖学金. 联系 the 金融援助 Office for more information on the financial aid process.
招生 Office
- 1. 我有 submitted my application for admission/readmission to the 招生 Office.
- 2. 我有 been accepted for admission/readmission as a degree seeking student. 我有 a complete file in the 招生 Office.
- 3. 我有 provided the College with a copy of my final high school transcript, GED/HiSET/TASC equivalency, or verification of 首页 Schooled Graduation.
- 4. 我有 official academic transcripts on file with the Northwest College 招生 Office for all institutions of higher education (post-secondary education) 我有 previously attended.
- 5. 我有 enrolled in classes so that the 金融援助 Office may evaluate my course selections and calculate my enrollment status.
金融援助 Office
- 我有 applied for NWC奖学金 at ekufrq.keyatalley.com/scholarships. (re-apply for each academic year)
- 我有 applied for federal student aid by (A) creating a Federal Student Aid ID (http://studentaid.政府 / fsa-id) and (B) using it to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at http://studentaid.政府 (click on apply for aid). FAFSA: must re-apply for each academic year.
- 我有 completed the NWC 金融援助 Student Information Form and provided all requested documents to the 金融援助 Office.
- If I am (or my parents are) a federal loan borrower, 我有 completed a Stafford/PLUS loan Application/Promissory Note. (The Stafford Master Promissory Note is available online at ekufrq.keyatalley.com/stafford.)
- If I am a first time federal student loan borrower, 我有 completed my Entrance 贷款咨询 requirement at http://studentaid.gov/h/manage-loans.
- If I graduated from a Wyoming high school after 2006, 我有 inquired about my WY Hathaway Scholarship eligibility by contacting the NWC Hathaway Technician, ekufrq.keyatalley.com/scholarships/hathaway/
- 我有 accepted/declined (all or portions) of my 金融援助 Offer Letter.
